So, on the suggestion of a colleague, lets call him, Jay, I have decided to take up bike riding. The goal of which is to be able to ride my bike to work. I figure this way, I can get my exercise, because we all know I need to lose a few, without over exerting myself. I mean bike riding is more fun than running, right? Plus with the help of my handy dandy Mio c310x GPS, I can keep track of how much I’ve ridden and track my progress.
